Renting shop to do biz nowadays is a very shaky affair. The landlord might raise rental like crazy or worst still kick you out by giving 3 months notice. I am one of those unfortunate ones. After working in Bangsar for 30 years the landlord sold off the shop and i needed to pack my bags. Thereafter, I found another pleasant shop just a stone throw from my house and biz was good enough to feed the whole family. But sadly, after 6 years i was told to vacate the premises in 3 months time.
Now, I am on the move to Pandan Indah...by the way, its my own shop, hahaha. No one will ever kick me out again. Thank God for blessing me with this shop. Come May, i will start working in a new environment.
