Modere was established 25 years ago in Utah, USA and was only launched in Singapore and Malaysia in December 2015. It's relatively new here and so the harvest field is beyond imaginations.

The company is giving a rm15.00 discount on any products sold to a 1st time customer and once the deal is done then you are consider a member. No need membership fees. Another incentive is Modere is giving a 25% discount on any products to birthday members. You are required to submit your full name, email address, tel number and date of birth. Never too old to learn new things or doing business 

The economy climate in Malaysia is not so rosy for the past year or two and hence i need to tighten up my trousers in other to overcome  any financial difficulties that may arise.

Two months ago a friend of mine introduced me  Modere which is an American social retail company in Utah. It's business is solely on selling products of household care, hair,body,mouth and general health that are made from the safest of the safe ingredients. Times really flies as I didnt realize I has not written anything on my blog for quite sometime. This is all because I am very actively involve in Facebook particularly with the Happy Hour group. Recently i attended an old classmates gathering and did make some new friend there. So as an almost semi retired guy I have to face lots of "pressure" in monitoring all my fb friends hahaha. Big move on 28th April 2012

Renting shop to do biz nowadays is a very shaky affair. The landlord might raise rental like crazy or worst still kick you out by giving 3 months notice. I am one of those unfortunate ones. After working in Bangsar for 30 years the landlord sold off the shop and i needed to pack my bags. Thereafter, I found another pleasant shop just a stone throw from my house and biz was good enough to feed the whole family. But sadly, after 6 years i was told to vacate the premises in 3 months time.

Now, I am on the move to Pandan Indah...by the way, its my own shop, hahaha. No one will ever kick me out again. Thank God for blessing me with this shop. Come May, i will start working in a new environment.

My trip to New york

I went to New York City with my sister on 9th -21st May 2011. Although our trip was a very short one we did covered many places of interest ie Niagara Falls, Empire State Building, Wall Street, Rockefeller, Time Square, UN Building, Washington DC, New Jersey,  Liberty Statue plus some popular buildings like Madison Garden and not forgetting the many Chinatowns. We also didnt miss out Broadway Show which is a must to attend while in New York.


Our stay was given a VVIP treatment by our loving uncles, aunts and cousins. Without them our trip wont be that meaningful and enjoyable. They truly sacrificed their time and money so that to make our stay a memorable one. A special thanks to nephew Matthew for snapping thousands of photo for us. Hereby, my sister Elizabeth and myself give Rev Martin Lee Chee Leong and his entire family members an attention salute.

Countdown to my trip to New York

New York is one of the world's most busiest, popular etc,etc city. Its almost unthinkable of me traveling there but by the grace of God my ambition comes true. Going to this great city is not plain sailing as I need to apply for a visa which is not an easy task to an ordinary Malaysian like me. Thank God again for helping me to successfully getting it without much of a hassle. 

With ticket and visa on hand my sister who is accompanying me are looking forward to fly over to this great nation of freedom but an unexpected event took place that shook my entire family. Our house was due to be acquired by SPAD ( MRT Project Company). Both me and sister were having an heavy heart by this draconic  news because we knew that once we returned from New York we will be kept busy shifting our historical house ( over 57 years) to an unknown neighborhood. 

Praise The Lord!!.. He answered our prayers. SPAD realigned its original routes which means my house is spare from demolishing. Now, we can go to New York with an open heart. Arming myself with camera and video-cam I gonna  "capture" the entire New York back to KL in two weeks.
